Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book?

As soon as possible! Our Escapes team usually check the prices of flights whilst selecting locations to ensure our guests can purchase their flights at the best possible rates. Our advice is to check the specific trip you are interested in and book as soon as possible. Be quick! As spaces are limited.

How do I hear about the latest retreats?

Do I need to book my own flight?

You are responsible for booking your own flight. Each trip will have suggested arrival and departure details based on when we know you need to be at the airport. Please send us the itinerary before booking if you want to double check it’s correct!

Do I have to book my own transfer?

No. We always cover one scheduled transfer on check in - usually at 2pm and one scheduled transfer on check out - around 11am to all guests on the retreat. This is included in our package. Our team can happily arrange a cab or van for trips to and from the airport outside of these times at an extra cost.

Can I arrive early or stay late?

You will need to purchase your flights in order to arrive/depart by given dates and time ranges for your specific Escape. If you choose to arrive earlier or later than the given day/time you will be responsible for the cost of transportation needed to join up with the group. We always encourage you to explore the area, if that option is available to you.

How many classes will there be?

1-2 Yoga/Meditation classes daily + other workshops. 1-2 Fitness classes a day.
